What Makes a Break?
There has been a lot of talk recently
about a concept that is becoming famous because of
the book by Rhonda Byrne called "The Secret." If we
understand and accept the idea that we can choose
our fates by how we choose to think, that is how a
break is made. The following is a quote from "The
Secret" that Michael Bernard Beckwith
wrote:
"Creation is always happening. Every time
an individual has a thought, or a prolonged chronic
way of thinking, they're in the creation process.
Something is going to manifest out of those
thoughts. What you are thinking now is creating
your future life. You create your life with your thoughts.
Because you are always thinking, you are always
creating. What you think about the most or focus on
the most, is what will appear as your life.
Like all the laws of nature, there is utter perfection in
this law. You create your life. Whatever you sow, you
reap! Your thoughts are seeds, and the harvest you
reap will depend on the seeds you plant.
If you are complaining, the law of attraction will
powerfully bring into your life more situations for you to
complain about. If you are listening to someone else
complain and focusing on that, sympathizing with
them, agreeing with them, in that moment, you are
attracting more situations to yourself to complain
about.
The law is simply reflecting and giving back to you
exactly what you are focusing on with your thoughts.
With this powerful knowledge, you can completely
change every circumstance and event in your entire
life, by changing the way you think."
So, would you like to be thinking about ways to attract
a happy and fun spring break for yourself and your
kids, or do you choose to think about ways to get back
at your ex instead? If you would like to find out more

Greetings!
Are you looking forward to spring break or are you
dreading it? Will your kids stay with you or will they go
to their other parent's house? Holiday visitations can
bring about more stress to people who have divorced
than anything! The March newsletter addresses
some of these issues and their solutions.

| Who's Break Is It? |
| |
Is it a break for us parents or is it a break for our kids?
One thing divorce has taught me is that it is never a
break for us all! We used to plan a vacation for the
whole family of some sort. After divorce it became a
time where I had to tip toe through the mine field of
hurts and thin skin that my family was now full of.
When the first spring break visitation was looming I
was looking forward to it as a break from the 10 year
old child I had been a single parent to for the past
year. I had no idea that my ex would use the visitation
as a way to get back at me for divorcing him. My
divorce dragged on for many years, so I had ample
opportunity to see how a vengeful parent can use a kid
to get back at his ex.
Unfortunately for my daughter, seven years later he is
still trying to use her as a weapon. Fortunately, she is
now 15 years old and the court has afforded her the
opportunity to say what she wants to happen now. If
any of us parents are using our kids to strike back at
our ex's WHO HAPPEN TO BE OUR KIDS OTHER
HALF, we need to ask ourselves who's break this is
supposed to be!

If you are skeptical about what I have said, a panel of
29 well known people, alive and dead, have
contributed and use the principal of attraction to make
their successes.
John Hagelin, Ph.D has more credentials than I and
perhaps you will respect his opinion because he is a
world renowned quantum physicist, educator, and
public policy expert. His book, "Manual for a Perfect
Government", explains how to solve major societal
and environmental problems and create world peace
through policies in harmony with the laws of nature.
John Hagelin was awarded the prestigious Kilby
Award, which recognizes scientists who have made
major contributions to society. He was also the
Natural Law Party presidential candidate in 2000.
John is regarded by many as one of the greatest
scientists on the planet today. His website is

John Assaraf, former street kid is now an international
bestselling author, lecturer, and business advisor
who is quoted in "The Secret": "Here's the
problem. Most people are thinking about what they
don't want, and they're wondering why it shows up
over and over again.
The only reason why people do not have what they
want is because they are thinking more about what
they don't want than what they do want.
Listen to your thoughts, and listen to the words you
are saying. The law is absolute and there are no
mistakes.
An epidemic worse than any plague that humankind
has ever seen has been raging for centuries. It is
the "don't want" epidemic. People keep this epidemic
alive when they predominantly think, speak, act, and
focus on what they "don't want." But this is the
generation that will change history, because we are
receiving the knowledge that can free us of this
epidemic! It begins with you, and you can become a
pioneer of this new thought movement by simply
thinking and speaking about what you want." John is
a life coach specializing in small business owners
worldwide. To learn more visit www.onecoach.com.
